Sessions are on 2nd and 4th Fridays. This is a time of relaxation; the meditation will focus on a gentle body relaxation followed by the tranquil sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and the ethnic tones of the tongue drum to soothe away the busyness of the mind and help focus on the present moment – limited spaces.
