All equipment provided. No need to wear special clothes – just something comfortable and stretchy. There will be a range of standing, sitting and lying poses, using props to help and support, and a focus on the breath.

Laura Potts is a certified Intermediate (junior 3) Iyengar Yoga teacher with many years of experience as student and teacher.
She has taught in York for over 20 years, and has a special interest in yoga to help with mental health.
