KYRA MINDFULNESS PRACTICE GROUP
Who is it for?
It is for women who have attended some previous mindfulness training, either a course at Kyra last year or another mindfulness training – please contact us to have a chat if you are unsure.
What will we do?
Each month we will do one or two mindfulness practices that can then be done at home if you choose. Full instruction given. The group will also be a safe place to reflect on mindfulness in everyday life and explore ways to nourish ourselves.
Mondays: 8th October, 12th November, 10th December.
2019 – 14th January, 11th February, 11th March, 8th April, 13th May, 10th June, 8th July.
