Practical Ways To Wellbeing
Everyone can benefit from a big dollop of self-care from time to time.
Here at York CVS our Ways to Wellbeing team have been busy creating these lovely Breathe Boxes. Each box contains items intended to help with de-stressing, finding calm, feeling pampered and getting creative. These are aimed to help those who use the Ways to Wellbeing service with a little bit of TLC. The boxes are a great example of collaborative working.
A big thanks to the Ways to Wellbeing team volunteers and all the organisations that contributed – Lush, OCAY, the Retreat, Yor-Peer support, The Pig & Pastry, The Northern Centre for Mindfulness and Compassion and Tankfish photography.
