Confidence coach Jules Wyman says: “I have seen it at least 6 times now I think, and every time I get something else on another level”

There will be a Q & A session after with Body Image Ambassador Kirsty Perkins and Jules Wyman Confidence Coach

Hi, I’m Jules Wyman, and in brief, I am a volunteer at KYRA, an ex -student at York St John and a confidence coach based here in the City of York.I have faced body issues for a great deal of my life and have spent a number of years now free from them 🙂 It’s a much freer way of living. I first watched the documentary a year ago and have been involved in a variety of ways since to help women have a healthily, happier relationship with their bodies. This year I am challenging myself and my body to trek across the lava fields in Iceland to raise the much-needed funds for KYRA and sharing this movie with you is one of the ways I am raising this money. Thank you for your support and I look forward to meeting you on 21st March.
