Pause for the Menopause – New 8 Week Course Starts in July
This supportive group will provide an opportunity to discuss your feelings, worries and experiences about the menopause.
We will explore different ways to help with issues such as sleep problems, anxiety, mood swings, hot flushes, weight gain and other areas of mental and physical health. Supported by a range of practitioners to guide you through ways that nutrition, yoga, relaxation and herbal remedies can help.
It will also be an opportunity for you to talk about your own experiences or questions and identify where you might get support.
The meetings will be held on Wednesday evenings, starting on July 15th at 6pm.
