Helping You Through Social Distancing
As you are all aware, we are experiencing unusual times with the recent coronavirus updates. Krya is here to support!
Although you have seen many of our sessions will not be running, we will still be offering support to our members.
We have created this page to bring together a range of free resources and links to online events to help you through the coming weeks. We will be adding more and more to this page over time.
If you have any suggestions for resources we can add please send them to firstname.lastname@example.org. We’d love to hear from you!
Please keep an eye out on our Facebook page which we will use to give weekly posts during the next few weeks. It will be a great way to keep in touch with what our plans are and hopefully we can post some interesting tips of what you can do to keep yourself busy when at home! https://www.facebook.com/KyraYorkWomensCentre/
All of these resources are completely free of charge so that you can share with anyone who might need them.
