At Kyra, we believe in the power of mindfulness to create meaningful change in women’s lives. That’s why we’ve been running our 6-week mindfulness course, led by our wonderful Nicole, since 2021. With each session lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes, this course offers a supportive space to explore mindfulness techniques that can transform mental health and overall well-being.
Recently, another round of the course came to an end, and the feedback has been incredible. It’s so effective that many members choose to retake it, finding something new to learn and apply each time. And the good news? We’ll be running it again soon.
