Ira Laketic-Ljubojevic
Chief Executive Officer
Ira has over twenty years of experience in senior roles – including board level non-executive and executive appointments across: health and wellbeing; care and support; people and organisational development; and, housing. Her expertise spans mainly the public and charity sectors. She has clinical, life science, people development and management education and training.

Vicky Evans
Finance & Operations Manager

Molly Charnock
Programme Lead
Molly supports women who are struggling with abuse or long term mental health issues to get back to being themselves again.

Helen Harrison
Administration Officer
Helen is part of the Freya project team as well as the general Administration Officer, responsible for the Kyra newsletters and activities booking system.

Briony Grassie
Key Worker
Briony works with women who are who want to get back into work or education, offering one-to-one support that’s shaped around what they need. She helps them set goals, overcome obstacles, and celebrates their progress along the way.

Glynis Werndly
Key Worker
Glynis works with women who are facing challenges in their lives, offering one-to-one support that’s shaped around what they need. She helps them set goals, overcome obstacles, and celebrates their progress along the way.

Louise Wright
Key Worker
Louise works with women to empower them through the challenges that they have faced and are facing in a safe space. Meeting them, one to one, where they are at in life. With small steps, support and empathy the goals are achievable.

Sherrie Wood
Young People & Neurodivergent Lead
Sherrie has been working at Kyra for 4 years as both a volunteer and freelance worker. She now joins us as a part-time staff member to lead our young womens project ROSE.

Caroline Cosyns
Keyworker
Caroline works with neurodivergent women and those in secure settings by supporting them to build their confidence, achieve their goals and connect with other women in a safe and inclusive space.

Pippa Kirby
Keyworker
Pippa is part of our groundbreaking pilot programme to improve wellbeing outcomes for ladies within secure mental health settings. She also supports vulnerable young women through our ROSE workshops, with specific attention to domestic abuse survivors and those with complex neurodivergent needs.

Eilidh Murrin
Sustainability Lead
Eilidh joins Kyra as Bid Writer and Sustainability Lead, helping to secure vital funding and strengthen the organisation’s sustainability. She is passionate about supporting charities that empower women and is excited to contribute to Kyra’s welcoming, life-changing community.

Maisie Wilson
Welcoming and Inclusion Officer
Maisie helps new members get settled, and makes sure everyone feels welcome and included. She also runs the LGBTQ+ Group in Kyra. Before joining the Kyra team, Maisie volunteered with the Rose group and on drop-in sessions.

Rachel McAllister Finance and Operations Officer
Rachel joined Kyra in Spring 2025 to support the Finance and Operations Manager. Previously, she has worked supporting social policy research at the University of York
